BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and evolving the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including the renowned hotel portals HRS(.)de and HOTEL(.)DE. BTC is transforming these platforms into comprehensive services that offer exclusive benefits to individual business travelers and SMEs, enhancing their travel experiences. The objective of BTC is to drive growth and sustainable profitability by fostering customer loyalty and optimizing supplier management, playing a crucial role in HRS's strategy in the DACH region.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you eager to explore the field of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? You could play a vital role in our marketing team, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty.

We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into CRM within a dedicated team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC to successfully launch your campaigns and will also be responsible for optimizing these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting campaign messages in alignment with brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, including subject line variations.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • Strong interest in marketing.
  • Eagerness to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
  • Must be based in Cologne and willing to work at our Headquarters.
