BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW
The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including renowned hotel portals. BTC is evolving beyond a traditional platform, providing individual business travelers and SMEs with a unique array of exclusive services that redefine the travel experience. Our objective is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability by enhancing customer loyalty and optimizing supplier management, thereby playing a crucial role in HRS's strategic vision.
POSITION SUMMARY
Are you eager to explore the field of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a passion for crafting compelling copy? We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into CRM practices while working with a dedicated team that utilizes advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC to successfully launch your campaigns and take charge of optimizing them through A/B testing to enhance performance metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management: Design and implement engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other departments. Copywriting: Assist in creating campaign messages that align with our brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager. Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements such as subject lines.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication. Strong interest in marketing principles. A desire to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing. Familiarity with setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push. Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders. High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner. Proficiency in German and a good command of English. Must be based in Cologne and willing to work at our Headquarters.WORKING ENVIRONMENT
