Business Unit Overview

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is a key business unit within HRS Group, responsible for managing and developing the company's e-commerce platforms. BTC provides exclusive services to its members, individual business travelers, and SMEs, shaping tomorrow's upgraded travel experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Working Student Engagement Marketing to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, including email and push notifications. You will collaborate with other teams, such as supply, to launch campaigns and optimize editorial content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Set up engagement marketing campaigns, collaborating with other teams.
  • Copywriting: Support the creation of campaign messages, based on brand guidelines and supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance via subject line tests.

Requirements

  • Marketing/Communication student
  • Passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently, and well-structured
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
