Total Rewards Strategy Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a strategic advisor on Total Rewards initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborates with primary business partners within the Strategic HRBP framework. Oversees the implementation of Rewards-related training and communication for designated stakeholders. Guides Strategic HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on compensation programs, practices, and policies. Assists leadership in essential processes such as merit and bonus planning, long-term incentive planning, and open enrollment, including data consolidation and analysis to support business strategies. Aids in defining and articulating the Employee Value Proposition from a Total Rewards perspective. Works closely with the cross-functional HR Operations team and other internal partners, including Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Supports various projects and initiatives within the Global Total Rewards team as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in human resources management. Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP). Experience in global compensation and benefits, particularly in the US market. 5-10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in Total Rewards. Comfortable working in a matrix organization across diverse geographies and time zones. Capable of balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to derive insights from data. Utilizes knowledge of business and the Total Rewards landscape to support organizational goals. Proactive in addressing complex issues and facilitating thoughtful discussions. Interprets key financial indicators to recommend suitable business solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with compensation systems is advantageous. Experience with Workday Compensation Management is a plus. Proficiency in English is required.
