OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:

The Total Rewards Business Partnering Lead is responsible for shaping the Total Rewards Strategy tailored to their designated client group. This role is aligned with the Strategic HR Business Partner framework and is integral to various Business Organizations and functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for total rewards business collaboration, offering strategic insights that align Total Rewards initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure effective Total Rewards integration within the Strategic HRBP framework.
  • Lead the implementation of Rewards-related training and communication for a defined audience, ensuring alignment with the Strategic HRBP structure.
  • Guide Strategic HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on rewards programs, practices, and policies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist leadership in critical processes such as merit bonus planning, long-term incentive planning, and open enrollment, while consolidating and analyzing data to provide strategic consultation.
  • Define and articulate the Employee Value Proposition from a Total Rewards perspective, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to understand budgetary implications and business requirements related to Rewards.
  • Oversee the regional strategy and operations for Total Rewards within the assigned geography, driving the implementation of the Global Total Rewards strategy, including data management, systems, processes, analytics, compliance, and related policies.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP).

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in human resources, with a focus on total rewards.
  • Proven ability in people leadership and talent development, with experience managing multiple business departments.
  • Proficient in navigating a matrix organizational structure.
  • Skilled in anticipating and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across various functions and levels within the organization.
  • Commitment to staying informed about trends and best practices in the total rewards domain.
  • Ability to build cohesive teams that leverage diverse skills and perspectives to achieve shared objectives.
  • Knowledgeable in business operations and the total rewards landscape to support organizational goals and strategies.
  • Capable of addressing challenging issues directly and constructively.
  • Proficient in interpreting key financial indicators to recommend effective business solutions.
