Senior Consultant for Information Security Strategy (m/w/d)Fresenius Digital Technology is seeking a dedicated professional to join our IT-Security team. Our mission is to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems across various services within the Fresenius Group. We are responsible for implementing, managing, and operating IT security measures, as well as overseeing information security management across corporate functions to ensure effective adherence to our security policies and procedures.

Your Responsibilities- Commit to safeguarding sensitive data in the life sciences sector and contribute significantly to the establishment, maintenance, and enhancement of our integrated Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC standards.
- Proactively engage in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of regulatory frameworks, including ISMS policies, processes, and procedures.
- Consistently prepare presentations and reports that provide insights into the activities of the information security management system. Additionally, develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the ISMS.
- Support IT security projects and participate in audits related to information security (ISO/IEC, HDS & KRITIS).
- Contribute to the design and execution of security training and awareness programs, along with related campaigns.
- Completed degree or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience and further education.
- Experience in the implementation and operation of information security management systems according to ISO/IEC standards, particularly in global organizations.
- Familiarity with common frameworks and standards for establishing and operating Information Security Management Systems (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC, COBIT, etc.).
- Practical experience in working with metrics and measurements, including documentation and reporting, as well as in designing global security training and awareness programs, and applying agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English to discuss relevant information security topics internally and externally.
- A team-oriented individual with a strong willingness to learn and a structured approach to work.
