Regional Compensation Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient Compensation Specialist to be part of our newly established Operational Excellence Germany division. In this capacity, you will collaborate with your peers to oversee all Compensation & Benefits operations for around 8,000 employees across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute compensation analyses and provide insights to position Fresenius Medical Care as a leading employer within our sector.
  • Oversee annual salary adjustments and bonus initiatives, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct job assessments and classifications in accordance with our Global Job Framework.
  • Partner with HR Business partners and management to develop attractive compensation packages for new recruits and promotions.
  • Deliver internal and external compensation benchmarks, along with KPIs, statistics, and comprehensive reports.
  • Engage with the works council and prepare pertinent Compensation & Benefits documentation.
  • Lead or take part in various strategic Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Contribute to Germany-specific compensation surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent Compensation & Benefits experience within a multinational organization.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations.
  • Experience in executing complex, strategic projects.
  • Service-oriented, dynamic, and communicative with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in Workday, PowerPoint, and Excel.
