Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Compensation Specialist to become a vital part of our newly established Operational Excellence Germany division. In this capacity, you will collaborate with your peers to oversee all Compensation & Benefits functions for around 8,000 employees across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compensation analysis and provide insights to position Fresenius Medical Care as a leading employer within our sector.
  • Oversee annual salary review and bonus distribution processes, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute job evaluations and classifications in alignment with our Global Job Architecture.
  • Partner with HR Business partners and management to develop competitive compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
  • Deliver internal and external benchmarking data, alongside KPIs, statistics, and comprehensive reports.
  • Engage with the works council and prepare necessary Compensation & Benefits documentation.
  • Lead or contribute to various strategic Total Reward initiatives.
  • Participate in Germany-specific compensation surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational organization.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of labor regulations.
  • Proven experience in executing complex, strategic projects.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and communicative with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in Workday, PowerPoint, and Excel.
