Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer assistance via phone and remote support for first-level IT inquiries, with an emphasis on MS-Office, MS-Teams, MS Windows, cloud applications, and more.
  • Accurately document incidents and service requests related to hardware and software in our ticketing system.
  • Monitor support tickets and escalate complex issues to second-level support as necessary.
  • Keep users updated on the status of their support requests while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Propose enhancements to service quality and process improvements.
  • Oversee the asset management system and develop knowledge base articles.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed education in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in IT Service Desk or User Helpdesk is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Process-oriented with a strong service mindset.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
