About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tektronix. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
