To strengthen our Customer Support team, we are looking for an experienced

Technical Support Consultant (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of the support team, you will guide our clients through the entire support process. The team comprises experts in various fields (e.g., Mainframe-z/OS, Windows, Web Services, Databases). You will provide customer-oriented technical and professional support for our Garancy Suite products in the exciting domain of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for business clients. The support encompasses various products from our Garancy Suite, including backend, frontend, and connector modules. Based on customer requirements and your own ideas, there is an opportunity to further develop our products in collaboration with the development department.

What You Bring:
  • A passion for direct technical and professional customer support and consultation
  • A completed technical degree or a comparable qualification
  • Strong knowledge in the Windows environment, Active Directory, MS SQL Server, Web servers (IIS and Apache TOMCAT)
  • Good understanding of encryption methods in the mentioned environments.
  • A high level of service orientation and initiative
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A structured, analytical, and independent working style
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel for rare on-site customer visits
