Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Positec Germany GmbH. As a Technical Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing technical advice to our business and personal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice to customers via phone and email to resolve their technical issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously update enquiry and customer details, as well as ticket status in our CRM system to ensure efficient processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex technical problems and provide solutions to customers.
  • Knowledge Creation: Develop troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials to support the development of self-help tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share knowledge and escalate complex issues.
  • Professional Development: Participate in internal training and on-site installations to expand your technical knowledge and skills.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist with a strong technical background. Your profile should include:

  • Education: A degree or apprenticeship in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in customer or technical support.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with a good knowledge of French, Italian, or Dutch.
