Project Management in the Autonomous Driving Sector

ARRK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team focused on autonomous driving technology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of mobility by overseeing and managing projects within our cutting-edge Autonomous Driving Campus.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, risk management, and process development for autonomous driving projects.
  • Conduct and facilitate project workshops, engaging with internal teams and external partners such as OEMs and suppliers.
  • Independently manage subprojects within the autonomous driving domain, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Implement hybrid project management methodologies to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
  • Develop innovative concepts and strategies for customer applications in the field of autonomous driving.
  • Continuously strive to enhance project processes and drive operational excellence within customer engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with proven experience in the automotive industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Codebeamer, or Zedis is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
