Corporate Partnerships Manager (d/w/m)- Part-time
- Location: Germany

In our Corporate Partnerships and Foundations team, we are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (d/w/m) to join us in a part-time capacity (32 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management and enhancement of national and global corporate and foundation partnerships, reporting directly to the Key Account Management team lead.
- Develop creative and tailored collaboration proposals with both existing and prospective corporate partners in strategically significant areas such as marketing, fundraising, and communication.
- Oversee the planning and operational execution of annual strategies in collaboration with partners and other Save the Children country offices.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of cross-departmental processes, focusing on robust reporting in close coordination with the programs, finance, and fundraising departments.
- Monitor and research emerging trends, making impactful contributions while collaborating with the team lead and department head on exchanges within the global Save the Children network regarding corporate partnerships.
- Completed education or degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, communication, fundraising, or partnership management, preferably in a corporate or agency context.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools to implement effective partnership initiatives.
- Demonstrable references from work with clients or partners.
- Alignment with our mission, goals, and values, with a keen interest in cause-related marketing and fundraising campaigns, as well as the development and execution of project partnerships in the fields of children's rights, humanitarian aid, and development cooperation.
- Solution-oriented, analytical mindset with a strong commitment to process and outcome quality.
- Empathetic, persuasive, and reliable communication skills, with an understanding of balancing diverse interests.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
- Commitment to respect, responsibility, and integrity in daily operations.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible working hours and up to 60% remote work.
- Compensation based on internal salary structure; starting salary for this position ranges from €3,800 to €4,200 (gross full-time for 40 hours/week), depending on relevant experience and expertise.
