About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to join our team at Billie, a leading provider of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods for businesses. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and expanding relationships with global Fintech and E-commerce players to drive Billie's commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships in the Fintech, Financial Services, and E-commerce industries
  • Negotiate contracts and structure regulatory and operational setups for new partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for new partners from a product, tech, legal, and commercial perspective
  • Drive projects and initiatives with partners' teams and other Billie departments to push commercial growth
  • Manage joint offerings with partners, ensuring product adoption, checkout performance, country expansion, and feature releases
  • Represent Billie in the broader fintech and e-commerce ecosystem
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting or partnerships roles in Fintech or Digital Commerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for fast-moving technology trends
  • Comfortable interacting and negotiating with high-profile clients and C-Level executives
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments/Financial Services a plus
