Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at 42 Wolfsburg/Berlin. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our existing corporate partnerships and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
