Position Overview

PVO International B.V. is a forward-thinking European trading and distribution partner specializing in solar energy solutions. As we embark on a phase of growth and enhanced organizational professionalism, we are seeking a strategic leader.

The Head of Sales for the DACH region is crucial in driving PVO International's expansion by effectively managing revenue, volume, and profit margins for both existing and prospective Key Accounts. This role operates autonomously while aligning with our strategic objectives, processes, and policies, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide operational leadership, ensuring smooth collaboration within the DACH sales team;
  2. Offer practical support for daily sales operations, cultivating a culture of high performance;
  3. Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy and product offering tailored to the evolving DACH market;
  4. Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends and customer behaviors to facilitate agile decision-making;
  5. Inspire and lead the DACH team through the sharing of expertise and individualized guidance;
  6. Manage personnel operations, including negotiating employee performance agreements, conducting evaluations, and promoting ongoing professional development;
  7. Stay informed of market trends to identify and seize new sales opportunities;
  8. Collaborate with the team to transform market insights into successful customer initiatives.
