As we continue to expand our presence in the DACH region, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Director to drive growth and deepen relationships with our most significant enterprise clients.

Role Overview

As the Enterprise Account Director, you will be at the forefront of our strategic growth in the DACH region, focusing on our largest enterprise accounts. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, managing key relationships, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment with our clients' strategic goals and our broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our largest enterprise accounts in the DACH region, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while also developing strategies to secure new business within these accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that leverage our software offerings to deliver maximum value.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure client satisfaction and to drive the successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the DACH region, providing insights that inform our go-to-market strategies and product development.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on account performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, ensuring transparency and alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, close complex deals, and manage high-level negotiations with senior executives.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software market, particularly within the DACH region, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term client success and partnership.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
