Job Overview

MET Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional for the position of Senior Key Account Manager. This role involves negotiating framework agreements and delivery contracts with high-profile clients at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and securing new target clients within the industrial, utility, and municipal sectors, while effectively managing the sales cycle from initial lead to final closure, collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Preparing all essential documentation (Know Your Customer, presentations, indicative and binding proposals) for tender submissions.
  • Leading negotiations for framework contracts and term sheets.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for top-tier clients.
  • Conducting continuous market research to stay informed on trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with product management to contribute to the development or enhancement of products and models.
  • Organizing, leading, and participating in sales events and trade fairs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 7-10 years of relevant sales experience within the energy sector.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly organized with a strong respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
