About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Cloud Growth team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our cloud presence with our key customers, including Henkel, PHOENIX Pharma, Merck, and LANXESS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with C-Level executives at our key customers to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with our customers, focusing on business and IT-level relationships and executive management connections.
  • Lead account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions to drive revenue growth and cloud expansion.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and provide support for Prime Sales teams and Partner Sales teams within your territory.
  • Work closely with our technical team to develop and deliver customized solutions for our customers.
  • Encourage and support the adoption and consumption of our IT operation management and monitoring in the cloud.
  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are available when required.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the cloud market and ability to communicate the value of Oracle's cloud solutions to customers.
  • Proven track record of success in developing sales strategies for single customers, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in German and English.
