Head of Revenue Development

Position Overview: Join us as a Director of Enablement (f/m/d) and be part of a vibrant and motivated team of coaches, trainers, and instructional designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of over 10 business coaches, ensuring they adhere to consistent practices and global best standards. Continuously enhance the effectiveness of this team.
- Business Collaboration: Establish a business partner model with the sales organization, creating a global center of excellence to ensure quality and consistency in our operational model.
- Content Development: Equip sales leaders with high-quality, relevant materials to empower their teams effectively.
- Enablement Strategy: Shape the future of the Revenue Enablement function by collaborating with senior leadership to define the organizational structure and GTM operating model.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert to support and challenge GTM initiatives, ensuring ongoing optimization of the sales organization to best serve our customers.
- Recruitment Support: Partner with Sales Directors and the HR team to maintain quality control of our expanding sales teams, assisting in talent acquisition and ongoing evaluations.
- Playbook Implementation: Ensure adherence to playbooks and commercial tools, enhancing onboarding, training, and learning standards.
- Learning Platforms: Guarantee that all learning platforms function optimally and are widely adopted within the sales teams.
- Success Metrics: Develop and implement metrics to assess program effectiveness, consistency in sales processes, and overall training efficacy.
- Onboarding Programs: Design and manage an onboarding program for sales roles to facilitate efficient ramp-up and evaluation of new team members.
- Business Impact: Focus on outcomes rather than outputs, remaining adaptable and proactive to enhance the efficiency of our sales teams, driven by a strong motivation to solve challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in sales, project management, e-commerce, training, coaching, or learning management.
- At least 2-4 years of experience leading a GTM team of 3 or more members, with prior experience in a director role being advantageous.
- Experience in technology companies, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the management level, with experience engaging external partners and agencies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a multicultural team, demonstrating a passion for people development.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve high-quality outcomes, including onboarding, coaching, and content creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in core GTM platforms such as Excel, Salesforce, Highspot, and Clari (specific tools are not mandatory).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
