Director of Revenue StrategyWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our revenue operations by enhancing global sales standards, driving sales professionalization, and overseeing a market steering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement standardized sales processes, creating blueprints for local markets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SaaS sales, providing actionable insights to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI SaaS tools into our sales operations, developing performance management programs that leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Establish a robust lead qualification methodology and analyze sales progress to ensure we are targeting the right opportunities and maximizing conversion rates.
- Set global standards for sales reviews and lead market reviews, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across our international network.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices and market insights among sales teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Support managing directors in developing localized sales strategies that align with global objectives and address specific market needs.
- Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales professionalization, including training programs, process improvements, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing market steering team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
