Head of Business Development

Position Overview
As the Director of B2B Operations at Ergotopia, you will be instrumental in propelling our corporate sector through strategic growth initiatives. Your role will involve identifying new business avenues, refining our operational processes for optimal performance, and guiding our B2B teams with a commitment to excellence and efficiency, collaborating closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Successfully drive sales to corporate clients by taking ownership of key growth factors to meet our revenue and expansion objectives.
- Business Development: Enhance current business segments while investigating new opportunities, marketing strategies, and market segments.
- Organizational Development: Create a framework of processes and structures that support sustainable and predictable growth alongside targeted management.
- Team Development: Continuously motivate, inspire, and cultivate our sales team, supported by a robust training program.
- Client Relations: Foster long-term, valuable relationships with customers through a strong focus on their needs.
- Experience: You will bring over 5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, demonstrating expertise in contemporary sales frameworks and B2B marketing. Strong leadership and management capabilities are crucial, along with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing sales teams.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You will think and act with an entrepreneurial spirit, strategically advancing existing and new business areas. You will identify growth opportunities and address emerging challenges with analytical and flexible solutions.
- Communication Skills: Your exceptional communication abilities will enable you to engage effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required.
