About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to join our team at DemoUp Cliplister. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our global market presence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and set sales objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Establish a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching. Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Development: Set up a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for the sales team and track progress. Implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  • Key Accounts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals. Ensure terms are favorable for both the company and the customer.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Successful achievement and exceeding of sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent English and German. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Academic Background: Ideal candidate will have an academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
