- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Drive change with a product used by the world's leading brands and online stores.
- Work directly with the leadership team and have quick decision-making paths.
