About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team at DemoUp Cliplister. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with our CEO to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Organizational Development: Establish a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for the sales team and track progress, implementing strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  • Key Accounts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the customer.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
  • Academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
