Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across product development teams to corporate customers, startups, and private equity-financed companies. This includes building scalable sales structures for the pan-European rollout of GoTeams solutions, expanding a dedicated sales team, and developing digital sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, acquire, and support corporate customers, startups, and private equity-financed companies that benefit from our specialized product development teams.
- Develop and manage a high-performance sales team, focusing on new customer acquisition and key account management.
- Develop internal products and solutions to automate sales-oriented processes and provide customers with clear added value.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and organize sales events and strategic collaborations.
- At least five years of practical experience in sales, preferably in B2B direct sales with a focus on technology or product development.
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and key account management.
- Concrete management experience in teams of at least three FTEs.
- Strong organizational and structural skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
- High degree of initiative, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
