Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Security and Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workday Application Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Workday system, as well as providing expert-level support for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday security and reporting functionalities, with a focus on security and data governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for configuration, reporting enhancements, and large-scale system adaptations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced security issues, including data discrepancies, synchronization problems, and performance issues.
  • Manage user access and security roles within Workday, conduct access reviews and audits, and investigate security incidents.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and support teams on Workday best practices and security protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements, upgrades, and patches to increase system efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience administering Workday reporting, master data, and security functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting tools, data integration techniques, and security protocols.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Workday Reporting and Security Certifications, are preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills in English, with proficiency in German an advantage.
