Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Security and Reporting Specialist to join our global Workday Application Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Workday, with a focus on security and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday, with a focus on security and reporting, to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for configuration, reporting enhancements, and large system adaptations.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve advanced security issues, including data discrepancies, synchronization problems, and performance issues.
  • Manage user access and user-based security roles within Workday, in accordance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct access reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including unauthorized access attempts and data breaches.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and support teams to facilitate user self-service and promote best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements, upgrades, and patches to increase system efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience administering Workday reporting, master data, and security functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting tools, data integration techniques, and security protocols.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Workday Reporting and Security Certifications, are preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills in English, with proficiency in German an advantage.
