About the role:

In the capacity of Country Manager (m/f/d) for strategic business leadership, focusing on the German market, you will collaborate closely with the Country Head Germany to enhance our dominant market position. This involves cultivating a culture of teamwork and trust, establishing clear objectives, and aligning on essential decisions and actions. Our aim is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the Country Head, you will oversee the daily operations of the German (Own Stock) Business, striving to meet Annual Operating Planning and P&L objectives. You will also take the lead on various initiatives and projects, steering them towards commercial success.
  • You will diligently track and assess relevant KPIs, generating standard reports in collaboration with Data Science and BI to drive enhancements across departments. Additionally, you will manage margin strategies, implement pricing tactics, and develop new KPIs for market evaluation.
  • You will spearhead the quarterly forecasting process for Germany, crafting annual and long-term plans in close coordination with Controlling and the Country Head.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Category Management, and Pricing on initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving sales growth, ensuring effective budget utilization and monitoring quality metrics like CLV through an evolving customer data model. You will also focus on improving our NPS to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • You will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business, identifying new opportunities, particularly related to our Rx (prescriptive medication) and proprietary brand offerings.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with practical experience in a commercial capacity.
  • You are driven, possess a strategic outlook, strong business acumen, and exceptional analytical capabilities. Your stakeholder management skills enable you to engage effectively across various levels and with diverse teams.
  • You excel in dynamic environments and are skilled at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with a structured approach and resilience. You are capable of making decisions amidst uncertainty and are open to taking calculated risks.
  • You are fluent in both English and German, and are prepared to work from our Cologne office several days a week.
