About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our German market operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering the daily business, driving growth, and achieving our annual operating planning and P&L targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the German market.
- Lead the quarterly forecast process and develop yearly plans in close cooperation with Controlling and the Country Head.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and develop new KPIs for market monitoring.
- Closely align with other teams, such as Marketing, Category Management, and Pricing, to achieve sales growth and ensure efficient budget usage.
- Develop a deep business understanding and identify new business opportunities, such as connected to our Rx (prescriptive medication) and own brand business.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial role with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strategic mindset, strong business sense, and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively on different levels and with cross-functional teams.
- Business fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
