Director of Sales Operations

Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join a reputable and expanding Energy Trading Platform organization.

To further enhance growth, the company seeks a technically adept Sales Manager who will report directly to the CEO, utilizing both direct sales and strategic partnerships to solidify their standing as a frontrunner in the Energy Trading Platform sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at broadening the company's clientele throughout Germany.

2. Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships through effective partnerships.

3. Drive growth and meet established sales objectives.

4. Innovate and implement new sales strategies, initiatives, and programs.

5. Regularly assess and refine pricing strategies, service offerings, and legal sales frameworks.

6. Negotiate agreements with customers and partners.

7. Continuously enhance and apply effective sales control measures.

8. Oversee and optimize the CRM platform, HubSpot.

9. Execute and assess marketing initiatives.

Role Requirements & Your Contributions:

• Proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales.

• Proficient in reviewing and negotiating technical contracts.

• Strong customer-centric approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in both German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

Additionally, it would be advantageous if you possess:

• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.

• Familiarity with trading platforms.

• Background in the energy transition sector, particularly with power production or trading firms.

• Experience in selling technical solutions.

• Knowledge of enterprise software.

• Willingness to travel and work across various time zones.

• A technical degree.
