From there, the more than 100 hotels of the Central Europe business unit of the Fattal Hotels Group are managed. **Your Main Duties**:

- Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO in all administrative and organizational tasks
- Help ensure that the company meets all the necessary financial requirements for further development and growth
- Independent creation of documents, contracts, presentations and reports for management in German and English
- Collaboration with banks, insurance companies and authorities
- Planning and coordination of appointments as well as travel management & travel expense reports
- Small projects

**Your Profile**:

- Be authentic and yourself
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on finance / accounting or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, if possible in the commercial area with a focus on finance, auditing or banking, as well as a management assistant / board assistant
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Results-oriented and conscientious way of working
- Flexibility, capacity and discretion
- Fluent German and English skills (oral and written)
- Confident use of MS Office
