Tiger Recruitment is excited to assist a successful Private Equity business in finding a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to join their team in Berlin.

As an integral part of the Head Office, this role will provide critical support to members of the Executive team, while also handling a range of administrative duties with precision and flair.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a support/Assistant role, with excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English. They will be confident in their use of all MS Office applications and have a proactive working style, with a hands-on mentality.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to meet deadlines and quality standards, even in times of higher workloads and parallel tasks.

A competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role and the skills required to excel in it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support members of the Executive team in all organizational and administrative areas.
  • Handle correspondence via email, telephone and post, and create presentations as needed.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor appointments, meetings, discussions and events.
  • Maintain the CRM system and prepare and file documents.
  • Plan and book business trips and expense reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the team's efforts.

Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a support/Assistant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English.
  • Confident use of all MS Office applications.
  • Proactive working style and hands-on mentality.
  • Enjoyment of organizing and strong organisational talent.
  • Competent, friendly and representative appearance.
  • Innovative way of thinking and openness to new processes.
