**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Du überprüfst den Einbau unsers Messsystems anhand von Vorgaben auf den Kundenwebsites und Apps (Qualitätssicherung/Audits).
- Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehört das Monitoring und die Analyse auffälliger Messwerte für unsere Kunden.
- Du befasst dich mit der vielfältigen Datenanalyse im Auftrag unserer Kunden sowie zur Sicherung unseres Messstandards.
- Du unterstützt unser 1st Level Support Team in der Kundenbetreuung per E-Mail und Telefon.

**Du bietest uns**
- erste Berufserfahrungen im IT-Service-Desk / User-Helpdesk
- Grundkenntnisse html und JavaScript
- ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation und Lernbereitschaft mit, du bist zuverlässig und engagiert
- eine ausgeprägte (data-)analytische Fähigkeit; gerne auch Erfahrungen in der Analyse von Logfiles mit Konsolentools
- Organisationstalent, auch die simultane Betreuung mehrerer Kunden stellt keine Hürde für dich dar
- sehr gute Deutsch
- (Niveau C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
