Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients through phone, email, and chat communications
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Collaborate with different departments to tackle complex inquiries
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Help organize customer-related events
- Contribute to enhancing service procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent)
- Exhibit a friendly and professional attitude
- Possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers
- Demonstrate reliability and the ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with office software applications
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
