**Your tasks will include**:

- Oversee their region's Enterprise Sales activity
- Set short
- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.
- In partnership with RVPs, develop a team of Enterprise Sale Executives to drive accountability and results that are aligned with the strategic direction of the sales organization.
- Provide support and guidance during the sales cycle.
- Define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with other regional sales leaders and global teams to align sales strategies, share best practices, and drive global revenue growth.
- Provide insight into the necessary dashboards and reports; prepare board/budget meeting materials.
- Development of short, medium, and long term plans for Mid Enterprise segment to help EMEA achieve revenue goals
- Methodology of Sales: Have an harmonized way of working with the Mid Enterprise Accounts utilizing both Field and Inside sales teams
- Account Planning: Have common strategy for developing and penetrating Mid Enterprise Focus Accounts in EMEA
- Further developing pricing tools, and negotiation methodologies across EMEA, forecasting capabilities and insuring the enablement of the Mid Enterprise sales teams around those
- Helping the Regional leaders to define the best practices to accelerate Mid Enterprise revenue
- Work with Corporate and local Marketing to drive Mid Enterprise Messaging, tools, campaigns
- Work with EMEA Channel Management to drive Mid Enterprise Partner activities and set right expectations
- Work with Global Training Department to adapt and tailor on-boarding & training programs for Mid Enterprise sellers (Field/Inside)

**What we expect from you**:

- Extensive experience in business-to-business sales, pipeline generation and overall sales process within EMEA.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to glean opportunities for improvement from data/reports from Salesforce.
- Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners.
- Knowledge of Enterprise License Programs & Financial Value Selling is desired.
