**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you a technology enthusiast and experienced sales leader, looking to make your career next move?
We are FRAMOS, an international B2B high-tech company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Sales Director to join our small EMEA team to achieve our growth goals in the region and grow our organization further.
Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, also based in Germany, you will be leading the EMEA Sales team (currently 5 Account Managers and 4 Inside Sales). You will be responsible for leading and executing our regional sales strategy and establishing a strong FRAMOS presence in the EMEA region.
- You will lead and identify short
- and long-term revenue potential in industrial imaging throughout the EMEA region
- You will implement a regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed the sales objectives and key results
- You will own responsibility for the regional sales forecasts
- You will build strong relationships with strategic partners and current clients
- You will manage leads and opportunities for his team and develop existing accounts in his region using our opportunity management and account planning methodology
- You will ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and processes within the team
- You will provide inspirational leadership to the EMEA sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- You will develop and enable the sales team to succeed with a “challenger sales” mentality in solution-selling
- You will ensure a close and smooth collaboration between sales and other departments
The role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany.

- You have a few years of experience leading a sales team in the field of industrial imaging
- You possess exceptional leadership skills
- You have proven the ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have an affinity for digitization and value working with a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
