About therole

We’re looking for a highlystrategic, ambitious, and data-driven Director EnterpriseSales DACH. In this senior role, you will takeresponsibility for driving new business opportunities and buildingstrong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Thisposition requires a unique blend of skills, including consulting,strategic selling, project management, and customer success.Additionally, you are an exceptional communicator with a provenability to navigate complex enterprise environments and anentrepreneurial mindset that drives results. While currently anIndividual Contributor role, this positionoffers the potential to evolve into a team leadership opportunityin the future.

Your mainresponsibilities:
  • Develop and executecomprehensive Account or Territory strategies to drive both newbusiness growth and expansion opportunities within a diverseportfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Identify andcapitalise on opportunities within existing accounts whileestablishing strategic relationships with new enterprise clients tobuild a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as a thoughtleader and trusted advisor within the Digital Adoption Platform(DAP) industry for the DACH region, representing the company athigh-level industry events anddiscussions.
  • Engage with senior-leveldecision-makers (C-Level and above) to understand their businessneeds, determine buying readiness, and establish long-termpartnerships.
  • Provide accurate and reliablesales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensurepipeline health and predictability.
  • Collaboratecross-functionally to influence product development, marketingstrategies, and overall enterprise salesapproach.
  • Consistently achieve or exceedquarterly and annual revenue objectives by implementing effectivesales strategies and tactics.
Yourprofile:
  • 10+ yearsof proven field experience in quota-carrying roles, with a focus onenterprise-level, complex sales processes in a competitive andfast-paced market.
  • Demonstrated success inbuilding and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients,including opening new accounts.
  • Extensiveexperience managing long sales cycles and engaging with multiplestakeholders, including C-Levelexecutives.
  • Highly skilled in developingbusiness champions and driving decision-making within clientorganisations.
  • Strategic mindset, with theability to influence key decision-makers and navigate complexenterprise environments.
  • Exceptional ability toarticulate the strategic business value of sophisticated enterprisetechnology solutions to diversestakeholders.
  • Fluent in German andEnglish, with excellent communication and presentationskills.
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated toexcel as a senior individual contributor in a high-performancesales team.
