**Sales and Operations Director - Remote - Germany**

**Aspire Software is seeking to hire a Sales and Operations Director to join our team**

We are currently looking to hire a Sales and Operations Director for one of our Automotive Portfolios in Europe.

The primary role of the Sales and Operations Director is the implementation of an effective, industry trend-driven Sales Plan globally for our suite of products and services that leads the company to achieve and exceed budgeted revenues and KPIs and profitable growth.

The Sales and Operations Director works closely with and reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the company based in Europe.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:

- Monitor and react to industry market trends
- Understand and monitor evolving competitive landscape
- Establish sales objectives and key performance measurements
- Oversee and manage countries' operations and initiatives.
- Manage the consultancy revenue.
- Build, coach and lead a motivated team of inhouse and remote sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Manage a business level reactionary and pro-active commission program
- Management of timely and accurate RFP and Tender Process for Enterprise level clients
- Build and nurture effective partnerships with industry related partners for business development
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, support, implementation, and R&D teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Effective use of internal and external data to analyse sales trends (churn, shrinkage, expansion, upsell opportunities)
- Effective management of the Sales and CRM Org and accurate reporting and analytics (Salesforce, MarketingCloud, etc.)
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both the mid and senior management levels and participate in closing strategic opportunities

**About You**:

- Proven track record of meeting targets and goals within a SaaS B2B environment
- Proven use of structured sales methodology in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry will be a great plus
- Managed a team of remotely located employees (Country Managers / Accounts Managers / Sales Development Representatives / etc...)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to live audiences both in person and online
- Above average prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of successful Trade Show Representation
- Flexibility in scheduling
- At least a bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- 30% Travel Required with the ability to travel at short notice locally and internationally
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (building reports, views, etc...)
- Business Intelligence tools experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
