We're currently looking for a new colleague to join as Sales Operations Specialist as part of our Revenue Operations Team in our Berlin office.

**You can expect to work with the following**:
As our new Sales Operations Specialist you will be working closely with the sales teams in all our locations and report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, located in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for enabling our sales teams and support them in their daily work with our prospects and customers.

**As Sales Operations Specialist you will support the team in**:

- Reviewing and shaping our sales processes
- Analyzing data across the commercial function
- Implementing and monitoring system usage as well as ensuring compliance
- Reviewing commission structures
- Answering daily ad-hoc sales support requests

This is a challenging and varied role for someone with a sales and analytical background, who wants to make a real impact to the way our business works and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In this role, you will be working with teams across markets and departments. Therefore, it is important that you can present your ideas to a wide audience across Planday. The ideal Sales Operations Specialist will have experience from a similar role or could come from a Sales/Account Management background and be keen on a transition into a more analytical and data led role.

**Additionally, you**:

- Have experience with using and collecting data to support decision making processes
- Have an understanding of sales processes and targets
- Understand new systems quickly
- Have experience using Salesforce
- Are proactive and motivated to learn
- Have a problem-solving-mindset, and are analytical and attentive to detail
- You speak English fluently (as this is our company language) - it is considered a plus if you also speak either German or a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
