**All about the role**
As part of the Country Management team reporting directly into the Managing Director Germany and Austria you manage the Sales organization for both countries to achieve on KPIs, increase performance and coach the team to great success.
In addition, the following activities are part of your area of responsibility:
- Creating and owning the sales strategy for the countries ensuring healthy business growth
- Represent the commercial JET organization and work with local strategic partners to understand needs and create common value
- Lead and motivate the country sales teams to drive high performance through coaching and people-management skills
- Building and maintaining high engagement within the team
- Work closely with the country management and global sales organization to set priorities and deliver on KPIs
- Forecast and track sales performance and identify opportunities to (over) achieve on target
**Can you deliver**
- 10+ years' experience in sales roles with clear managerial experience. Clear evidence of consistent and exceptional sales leadership performance
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Economics or similar field
- Experience in managing large sales team (Hunting, Farming and Business Development)
- Proven track record of making commercially sound, data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in creating budgets and forecasts, cost optimization
- A customer-focused and innovative outlook, optimizing work processes across your job
- Fluent German and English skills, which allow you to influence your local and global stakeholders
