**Our compensation package**: €155,000, composed of €120,000 - €130,000 in yearly salary, €20,000-€30,000 in equity, and up to €5,000/year in company benefits

**Your role**:
**You shape our next phase of growth. **You work closely with company leadership to create and expand new markets on our journey to unleash AI-powered imaging for everything and everyone. You leverage your international commercial and business development experience together with your strategic mindset to fuel our growth.

**Your day-to-day**:
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for new markets. You will dive deep into diverse global industries, build relationships with key stakeholders, and secure commercial contracts. You have responsibility for:

- Conducting strategic assessments of new market opportunities, identifying those with highest impact and potential
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Attending conferences and trade shows globally
- Securing commercial opportunities
- Leading cross functional teams to help drive organizational growth

**Operational experience**
- You have 5+ years of experience in business development roles
- You have a deep understanding of B2B sales and commercial strategies
- You have the proven capability to create new opportunities and convert them into long-ranging commercial relationships

**Leadership and communication skills**
- You have assumed leadership roles in the past
- You are fluent in German and English
- You leverage your critical thinking and analytical skills in decision making
- You are an excellent communicator
- You have negotiated large commercial contracts
