**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Executive Administrative Assistant (M/F/d) **based in **Munich**. In this crucial role, you provide first class support to the Senior VP of Corporate R&D.

**Who we are looking for**:

- ** Extensive administrative experience** (preferably assisting executives)
- Must be **bilingual English / German**:

- Must have **advanced Microsoft office and explicitly Outlook** skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent communications skills

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Manage complex calendars** with an understanding of business priorities, coordinate and organize the periodic internal meeting and business activity.
- ** Book domestic and oversea business trips**, including flights, rental car, accommodation etc.
- Proactive and effective communication with different departments and coordination with the cross functional team.
- ** Coordinate programs, events, and conferences.**:

- Schedule facilities and catering, issue information/invitations, coordinate speakers, etc. within event budget.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record meeting minutes as necessary.
- Assist with video conferencing set-up and use.
- Prepare various technical presentations with mínimal direction.
- May conduct research and compile data for consideration and presentation by the executive.
- Review invoices and prepare for processing.
- Maintain files for controls, budgeting, and other analytical purposes.
- All other duties, special projects, and tasks as assigned.

**Your preferred qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
