Administrative Assistant, Emea

Ideally you will be located either in Munich Germany, Reading UK or London UK.
This position requires someone who is a great team player, organized, has excellent communication skills; shows initiative, and drive; and has the ability to set priorities. To be successful, you will anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks; have strong planning and organizational skills and have experience supporting domestic and international employees while the ability to accommodate flexible work schedules based on the needs of the department.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the extended leadership team as needed in the Sales organization- Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant to EMEA Vice President- Planning, organizing, and handling multiple calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality- Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries- Coordinate meetings, special events such as off-sites, celebrations, and team-building activities- Handling and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions- Develop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communications- Ability to take detailed meeting minutes, identify and supervise action items and follow-ups as needed- Prioritize and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communications- Manage special projects for and with Executives
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of experience working at an Administrative Assistant level- B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience- Standout colleague with a positive attitude- Flexibility and the ability to change directions quickly- Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks
