The Role

Our Sales & Account Management team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help maintain and expand our hotel client portfolio. In this role you will maintain existing client relationships with hotels by proactively onboarding, supporting, and educating them to increase their revenue opportunities. You’ll play a vital role in customer retention and growth and help hotels get the most of our product. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an assertive individual with solid communication skills who is result driven and enjoys helping customers reach their full potential.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Build & maintain great customer relationships with an ever-expanding portfolio of customers
- Analyze and interpret customer data to identify areas for growth and improve the customer experience
- Execute product demonstrations to educate customers on new features and services
- Create new and optimize existing processes to improve client success and help maximize profit potential
- Identify and mitigate the risk of churn by solving client requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Be an approachable and professional point of contact for our customers
- Win back and re-onboard churned customers

**What we’re looking for**:

- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environment, ideally in Customer Support and/or Sales roles, preferably in the travel industry
- A proactive person who takes initiatives to make things better for their customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build rapport with new and existing customers
- A customer-centric mindset. You can easily approach customers to solve both existing and future problems
- Fluency in German OR Italian and English, our company language
- Additional languages on a native level would be a plus.
