**The Role**:
**How you'll make an impact**:

- Acquire hoteliers (our customers) via cold calling by raising awareness about our products or services.
- Build and maintain beneficial relationships with our increasing number of hotel clients
- Analyze and interpret customer data to identify areas for growth and improve the customer experience
- Execute product demonstrations to educate customers on new features and services
- Create new and optimize existing processes to improve client success and help maximize profit potential
- Identify and mitigate the risk of churn by solving client requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Be an approachable and professional point of contact for our customers
- Win back and re-onboard churned customers

**What we're looking for**:

- 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced environment, ideally in Customer Support and/or Sales roles, and preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build rapport with new and existing customers
- A customer-centric mindset. You can easily approach customers to solve both existing and future problems
- Fluency in French, and English, our company language
- A pleasant personality. You feel comfortable reaching out to our customers proactively via phone
- A proactive person who takes initiatives to make things better for their customers
- Additional languages on a native level would be a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce would be a plus
