In dieser Rolle wirst Du eng mit unserem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten und es bei strategischen Initiativen, administrativen Aufgaben und Wachstumsstrategien unterstützen. Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Überwachung strategischer Geschäftsprojekte, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Unterstützung des Führungsteams des Portfolio-Unternehmens bei administrativen und strategischen Fragestellungen.
- Durchführung von Sonderprojekten und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung als Sparringspartner.
- Mitwirkung beim Portfoliomanagement, einschließlich strategischer Planung und Wachstumsstrategien.
Deine Anforderungen:
- Abschluss (Bachelor oder gleichwertige Qualifikation) in Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Investmentbanking, Strategieberatung oder in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung strategischer Projekte.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte gleichzeitig unter Einhaltung strenger Fristen zu managen.
- Hohe Integrität, Engagement und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
