Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) under contract to join our team in Amsterdam. This role is essential for generating new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and building relationships with potential customers. You will play a key role in our growth by scheduling calls with potential clients, attending local events, and partnering with local associations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule calls with potential customers to introduce ESG Flo’s solutions and identify their needs.
  • Attend and represent ESG Flo at local events to network and generate leads.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local associations to expand our reach and influence.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability.
  • Knowledge of German and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
