In deiner Rolle als Business Development Manager analysierst du relevante Zielmärkte, koordinierst Marketing- sowie Sales-Aktivitäten und führst Gespräche mit potenziellen und bestehenden Kunden.
Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Proaktive Promotion von Digitalagentur-Leistungen der adesso SE, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt in UX/UI Themen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem adesso Vertrieb und Account Management für eine eigene Pipeline
- Kundenberatung, Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops in einer beratenden Vertriebsrolle
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen als Teil von Angebots- und Pitch-Teams
- Lösungsdefinition, Storytelling und Messaging
- Marketingunterstützung für Leadgenerierung durch Contenterstellung, Blog Posts, Webinardurchführung, etc.
- Hochschulabschluss in Kommunikationsdesign, Medieninformatik, Kulturwissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Digitalagentur- und Projektgeschäft, etwa im Consulting, Projektmanagement, UX/UI-Design, UX-Strategy oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Interesse an Vertrieb und Business Development
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Freude am Netzwerken, Reisebereitschaft und Kundenorientierung
