Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems. They call up over 50 million transactions every month.ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.
The project is as exciting as it is complex. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company's #agenda25 The Role...ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic Business Expert S/4HANA Master Data Management (MDM) to join this exciting time for the organisation.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing business requirements and designing required process adaptions.You will be required to have in-depth understanding of end-to-end master data management processes and business requirements that specifically focus within an SAP environment.
You must have excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills, that will enable you to navigate through the complexity and pace of the programme.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl.process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansingProvide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling)Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA systemActively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user trainingYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field> 2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Master Data Management - longer experience welcome, assignments will grow with youIn-depth understanding of Master Data Management like Material master data, Business partner master data and Management of master data for variant configurationProven experience with business requirements management and design of business processesExperience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systemsRelevant industry knowledgeExcellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skillsAbility to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teamBusiness fluent in English and an additional languageAbility to travel up to 50% of the time.
